At this time, we only ship within the Continental United States/Lower 48 states. Please check each individual item page for shipping details, as they may vary. Delivery estimates are approximate.

Orders are usually processed in 1-3 business days. Major holidays may cause some delays. 

Orders with multiple items may ship separately, and from different locations. We utilize a network of suppliers and items ship from warehouses within the US and overseas.

• Cat beds and jewelry ship from our overseas partners in China, and may take up to 21 days to arrive. Please contact us if you have not received your package within 30 days.
• Cat trees and scratching posts ship from our US-based partners, and may take up to 8-9 days to arrive.

If in rare cases import duties or taxes are charged directly, the customer is responsible for paying them.
